Finding the most common mistakes
I think a good idea would be to go through and fine the most common mistakes with employee rights, checking places like nar/w and such, and also checking various gov. run workers rights stuff for a bit of guidance.
Re: Finding the most common mistakes
It'll take a while, but checking the posts we made to the page's walls might be one of the quickest ways of doing it - we've already called attention to most of those. I would not, of course, be adverse to reading through those sites and taking anything I find issue with

Why don't we each take a page, anyone left over can look at various other websites. Gather as much as we can and go from there.
I'll take naw unfiltered
Edit: everyone start a thread for the stuff you find. easier to keep sources straight that way.

Sounds good. I'll take regular NAW.

I don't remember which of the two sites that this was on but a Manager wanted a kid (teen) to tackled a shop-lifter whom stole something (I can't remember if it was either video games or videos) and yet the manager wouldn't have done the tackling because they had kids and yet confronting a shoplifter is something they weren't suppose to do.

We'll keep an eye out for it. It's also a good idea to tackle NAR and NAR unfiltered, particularly for stories about restaurant workers changing food orders without customer's consent. Not sure how much we'd get from NAL, and I read through all of NAF recently; nothing on the latter, but we might be able to get some out of the former.

NAL- what about the one in France with the teacher who wanted to expelled the students for "purposely missing an exam" when there was a fire in the school. Or what about the make-up teacher in another fire? Or how about the teacher who apparently was talking when the PA was on and didn't want to believe the poster or the other students about them being in lock down?

Very true. We might be able to get something out of it, so if anyone volunteers to check it out, go ahead! I'm afraid I'll have my hands full with NAW, for the most part.

Re: Finding the most common mistakes
OK i will. I'm only thinking in this case as students' rights. Since in a sense they're workers of sorts ((ie students, even if some of them like teenagers or children who deliver the newspapers or in my case catolgues)) do have actual jobs afterwards). Found the three but since I'm a 'new member' I can't post externeal links for 7 days
